Peel and chop the mangoes, then puree them in a blender. Set aside in refrigerator to chill.
Make the tea. Add the tea bag to a 500 ml of boiled water. Allow the teabag to steep for 5 - 7 minutes. Remove the bag and allow tea to cool.
When cool, combine the tea, lemonade, and mango puree. Stir to mix and serve with mint leaves, ice cubes and lemon slices.
