Combine all the ingredients (except the prawns) in a glass bowl. When thoroughly mixed together, add the prawns, ensuring that they are completely covered by the marinade.

Cover the bowl with clingfilm and allow to sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Heat a frying pan, and when hot, add 1 tsp of olive oil. Fry the prawns for 3 to 5 minutes a side, until they turn golden brown.
