A quick and easy 5-minute avocado egg toast for breakfast on-the-go.

Place the egg in a pot of cold water and bring to boil. Reduce heat and leave egg to sit in the pot for 5 minutes. While the egg is boiling, toast your wholegrain bread to your desired level of "done-ness".

Add some salt to the avocado and coarsely mash the avocado, so it is lumpy rather than smooth.

Spread the coarse mash on the bread/toast and sprinkle the red chilli flakes and black pepper over it.
